# TeleMagic vs Fonus

The clearest difference is rating: TeleMagic at 4.2 against Fonus's 2.2. Fonus's advantage is review sentiment (45% vs 25%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TeleMagic holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 61 and 24 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of TeleMagic's written reviews are positive against 45% of Fonus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TeleMagic ships an update every 3 months, Fonus every 5 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
