# The Many vs TalkAI

The clearest difference is ratings volume: TalkAI at 2.4K against The Many's 3. TalkAI also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). The Many's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Many sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and TalkAI sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

The Many holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TalkAI has 2.4K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

The Many ships an update monthly, TalkAI every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
