# Lingopanda vs KORTEX

The clearest difference is ads: Lingopanda at none against KORTEX's shown. Lingopanda also leads on ratings volume (21K vs 8) and update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). KORTEX's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 84%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lingopanda sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and KORTEX sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KORTEX holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lingopanda has 21K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 84% of Lingopanda's written reviews are positive against 100% of KORTEX's.

Lingopanda ships an update every 9 days, KORTEX monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
