# Sandypad vs TierCreator

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TierCreator at none against Sandypad's 1. TierCreator also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (488 vs 18). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sandypad sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TierCreator asks for nothing beyond the download.

TierCreator holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TierCreator has 488 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Sandypad's written reviews are positive against 86% of TierCreator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Sandypad ships an update every 5 months, TierCreator every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
