# Noveltime vs SheNovel

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Noveltime at 217 against SheNovel's 7. Noveltime also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noveltime sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and SheNovel sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Noveltime against 4.4 for SheNovel. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noveltime has 217 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 50% and 50% positive.

Noveltime ships an update every 5 weeks, SheNovel every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
