# EthioDirect vs Wegensend

The clearest difference is rating: Wegensend at 3.5 against EthioDirect's 2.0. Wegensend also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 8%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). EthioDirect's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (108 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Wegensend holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EthioDirect has 108 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
