# Cheat Codes vs Chatbot Ask

The clearest difference is ads: Cheat Codes at none against Chatbot Ask's shown. Cheat Codes also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). Chatbot Ask's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cheat Codes sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Chatbot Ask sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cheat Codes holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Cheat Codes's written reviews are positive against 100% of Chatbot Ask's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cheat Codes ships an update monthly, Chatbot Ask every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
