# X vs Mak Commander

The clearest difference is ads: Mak Commander at none against X's shown. Mak Commander also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. X sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mak Commander sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
