The clearest difference is update cadence: DEERC Fly at weekly against MachXDrone's every 5 months. MachXDrone's advantage is rating (2.9 vs 2.5). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MachXDrone holds the better App Store score, 2.9 against 2.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 36 and 21 respectively.
