# Alias vs Alias

Alias and Alias both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Alias's written reviews are positive against 0% of Alias's. Alias's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Alias sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $7.49 per 7 days and Alias sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Alias against 5.0 for Alias. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Alias has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 0% of Alias's written reviews are positive against 100% of Alias's.

Alias ships an update every 2 months, Alias every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
