# 实时录音转文字 vs Pudding Scan

The clearest difference is rating: Pudding Scan at 4.9 against 实时录音转文字's 4.3. Pudding Scan also leads on ratings volume (211 vs 6). 实时录音转文字's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and review sentiment (100% vs 91%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 实时录音转文字 sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Pudding Scan sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pudding Scan holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pudding Scan has 211 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of 实时录音转文字's written reviews are positive against 91% of Pudding Scan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
