# focus vs Pomu

The clearest difference is review sentiment: focus at 100% against Pomu's 56%. focus also leads on device support (4 vs 2). Pomu's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 5). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. focus sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Pomu asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pomu holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pomu has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of focus's written reviews are positive against 56% of Pomu's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
