# focus vs TempoTrack

The clearest difference is update cadence: focus at every 9 days against TempoTrack's every 6 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. focus sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and TempoTrack sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

focus ships an update every 9 days, TempoTrack every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
