# Huion Note vs J

The clearest difference is review sentiment: J at 100% against Huion Note's 50%. J also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). Huion Note's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

J holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Huion Note has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
