# Capistrano USD vs MyOCPL Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Capistrano USD at 2.2 against MyOCPL Mobile's 1.6. MyOCPL Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (45 vs 9). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Capistrano USD holds the better App Store score, 2.2 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyOCPL Mobile has 45 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Capistrano USD's written reviews are positive against 4% of MyOCPL Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
