# Doorlist vs RandezVous

The clearest difference is monetization model: Doorlist at free against RandezVous's free with in-app purchases. Doorlist also leads on ratings volume (2.8K vs 20) and chart position (#85 vs unranked). RandezVous's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Doorlist sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RandezVous sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RandezVous holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Doorlist has 2.8K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 95% of Doorlist's written reviews are positive against 100% of RandezVous's.

Doorlist ships an update every 6 days, RandezVous every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
