# Note vs Quick Notes

The clearest difference is update cadence: Note at daily against Quick Notes's every 3 days. Note also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year and Quick Notes sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Note ships an update daily, Quick Notes every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 1, 2026.
