# 2 vs 8Bit Photo Lab

The clearest difference is rating: 8Bit Photo Lab at 5.0 against 2's 4.5. 8Bit Photo Lab also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 88%). 2's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 2 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and 8Bit Photo Lab sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

8Bit Photo Lab holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 2 has 15 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 88% of 2's written reviews are positive against 100% of 8Bit Photo Lab's.
