# Affirmations Reminders vs Ecos

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ecos at every 2 days against Affirmations Reminders's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Affirmations Reminders sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Ecos sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Affirmations Reminders ships an update weekly, Ecos every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
