# Home Security Camera Finder vs Amitres

The clearest difference is rating: Home Security Camera Finder at 4.2 against Amitres's 1.0. Home Security Camera Finder also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 6) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.3). Amitres's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Home Security Camera Finder sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Amitres sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Home Security Camera Finder holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Home Security Camera Finder has 1.7K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Home Security Camera Finder ships an update every 3 months, Amitres every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
