# Clone App vs Dual App

The clearest difference is ads: Dual App at none against Clone App's shown. Dual App also leads on review sentiment (66% vs 32%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Clone App's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Clone App sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Dual App sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Clone App holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 631 and 932 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Clone App's written reviews are positive against 66% of Dual App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Clone App ships an update every 2 months, Dual App every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
