# Focus vs CascadingFlow

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus at every 4 weeks against CascadingFlow's every 13 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and CascadingFlow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus ships an update every 4 weeks, CascadingFlow every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
