# Focus vs ScrollControl

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScrollControl at weekly against Focus's every 4 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and ScrollControl sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus ships an update every 4 weeks, ScrollControl weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
