# Zoologic vs AI Mix Animal

The clearest difference is rating: AI Mix Animal at 4.8 against Zoologic's 3.9. AI Mix Animal also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Zoologic's advantage is review sentiment (44% vs 32%). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Zoologic sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. AI Mix Animal asks for nothing beyond the download.

AI Mix Animal holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AI Mix Animal has 3.9K ratings behind it against 180, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Zoologic's written reviews are positive against 32% of AI Mix Animal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Zoologic ships an update every 2 months, AI Mix Animal weekly. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
