# Seclog vs Brain Dump Journal

The clearest difference is device support: Seclog at 4 against Brain Dump Journal's 2. Seclog also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Seclog sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Brain Dump Journal sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
