# Slime Dunk vs Alien Run

The clearest difference is rating: Slime Dunk at 2.8 against Alien Run's 1.0. Slime Dunk also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 17) and ratings volume (16 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Alien Run sells 17 one-off in-app purchases. Slime Dunk asks for nothing beyond the download.

Slime Dunk holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slime Dunk has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Slime Dunk's written reviews are positive against 6% of Alien Run's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Slime Dunk ships an update every 10 days, Alien Run every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on June 3, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
