# TIPAS (VPN) vs ICE NET

The clearest difference is rating: TIPAS (VPN) at 4.5 against ICE NET's 2.2. TIPAS (VPN) also leads on ratings volume (33 vs 6). ICE NET's advantage is review sentiment (91% vs 75%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TIPAS (VPN) sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and ICE NET sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TIPAS (VPN) holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TIPAS (VPN) has 33 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of TIPAS (VPN)'s written reviews are positive against 91% of ICE NET's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TIPAS (VPN) ships an update every 2 weeks, ICE NET weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
