# DOMAS vs Next Set

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: DOMAS at none against Next Set's 4. DOMAS also leads on ratings volume (5.9K vs 2). Next Set's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Next Set sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. DOMAS asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for DOMAS against 5.0 for Next Set. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DOMAS has 5.9K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of DOMAS's written reviews are positive against 100% of Next Set's.

DOMAS ships an update monthly, Next Set every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
