# Help vs KeepHeart

The clearest difference is update cadence: KeepHeart at weekly against Help's every 5 weeks. Help's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 282). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Help sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and KeepHeart sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Help against 4.6 for KeepHeart. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Help has 2K ratings behind it against 282, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 82% of Help's written reviews are positive against 88% of KeepHeart's.

Help ships an update every 5 weeks, KeepHeart weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
