# DailyRetro vs Thinkboxs

The clearest difference is update cadence: DailyRetro at weekly against Thinkboxs's every 3 weeks. Thinkboxs's advantage is iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DailyRetro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Thinkboxs sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DailyRetro ships an update weekly, Thinkboxs every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
