# BundleNote vs Notepad

The clearest difference is rating: Notepad at 5.0 against BundleNote's 4.6. BundleNote's advantage is ratings volume (54 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 11 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BundleNote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Notepad sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notepad holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BundleNote has 54 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BundleNote ships an update every 3 months, Notepad every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
