# Aboyna vs Simyke

The clearest difference is rating: Aboyna at 2.3 against Simyke's 2.0. Aboyna also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Simyke's advantage is review sentiment (17% vs 7%) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Aboyna holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 16 and 41 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of Aboyna's written reviews are positive against 17% of Simyke's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Aboyna ships an update monthly, Simyke every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
