# The Source vs UFORIQ

The clearest difference is rating: UFORIQ at 5.0 against The Source's 4.8. UFORIQ also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 6 months). The Source's advantage is ratings volume (16 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

UFORIQ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Source has 16 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

The Source ships an update every 6 months, UFORIQ every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
