# Bokgi Lucky Diary vs MODA

The clearest difference is ads: MODA at none against Bokgi Lucky Diary's shown. MODA also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Bokgi Lucky Diary's advantage is ratings volume (30 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bokgi Lucky Diary sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and MODA sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MODA holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bokgi Lucky Diary has 30 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 96% of Bokgi Lucky Diary's written reviews are positive against 95% of MODA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bokgi Lucky Diary ships an update weekly, MODA every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
