# Zee Express vs NIS Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Zee Express at 5.0 against NIS Mobile's 3.6. Zee Express also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). NIS Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (139 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Zee Express holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NIS Mobile has 139 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Zee Express ships an update every 6 weeks, NIS Mobile fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
