# Dandelion vs CommunityBeta

The clearest difference is ads: CommunityBeta at none against Dandelion's shown. Dandelion's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dandelion ships an update weekly, CommunityBeta every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
