# FitnessEMS vs VICKI Operator

The clearest difference is update cadence: VICKI Operator at every 10 days against FitnessEMS's every 2 months. FitnessEMS's advantage is iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FitnessEMS ships an update every 2 months, VICKI Operator every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
