# Blast The Candy vs B&J

The clearest difference is update cadence: B&J at weekly against Blast The Candy's every 23 months. B&J also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blast The Candy sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and B&J sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blast The Candy ships an update every 23 months, B&J weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
