# PomTracker vs Focus

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus at every 4 days against PomTracker's fortnightly. PomTracker's advantage is iOS requirement (14.5 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PomTracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Focus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PomTracker ships an update fortnightly, Focus every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
