# Pleasantrees vs JARS Cannabis

The clearest difference is update cadence: JARS Cannabis at fortnightly against Pleasantrees's every 3 months. JARS Cannabis also leads on ratings volume (4.6K vs 58). Pleasantrees's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Pleasantrees against 4.8 for JARS Cannabis. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: JARS Cannabis has 4.6K ratings behind it against 58, so its average is the more settled of the two.
