# Pikidex vs My Mole

The clearest difference is update cadence: My Mole at every 3 days against Pikidex's every 2 months. My Mole also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 31) and device support (3 vs 1). Pikidex's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pikidex sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and My Mole sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pikidex holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Mole has 1.3K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Pikidex's written reviews are positive against 88% of My Mole's.

Pikidex ships an update every 2 months, My Mole every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
