# Lifts With Wolves vs HyperForge

The clearest difference is update cadence: HyperForge at weekly against Lifts With Wolves's every 5 weeks. HyperForge also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Lifts With Wolves's advantage is ratings volume (45 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lifts With Wolves sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and HyperForge sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
