# WhereT? vs MyMAA

The clearest difference is update cadence: WhereT? at fortnightly against MyMAA's every 5 months. WhereT? also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). MyMAA's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 17) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WhereT? holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyMAA has 2.4K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of WhereT?'s written reviews are positive against 73% of MyMAA's.

WhereT? ships an update fortnightly, MyMAA every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
