# ProperShot vs Suncam

The clearest difference is update cadence: ProperShot at every 2 weeks against Suncam's monthly. ProperShot also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ProperShot sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and Suncam sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ProperShot ships an update every 2 weeks, Suncam monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
