# Scope Technologies vs Mid

The clearest difference is rating: Mid at 5.0 against Scope Technologies's 4.3. Mid also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 3 months). Scope Technologies's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
