# TIPP Bucket vs SHIFT

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: TIPP Bucket at 12.0 against SHIFT's 14.0.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TIPP Bucket sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and SHIFT sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
