# Easy_Go vs Ib Player

The clearest difference is rating: Ib Player at 4.7 against Easy_Go's 1.0. Ib Player also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 31 months) and ratings volume (470 vs 1). Easy_Go's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ib Player sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Easy_Go asks for nothing beyond the download.

Ib Player holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ib Player has 470 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Easy_Go ships an update every 31 months, Ib Player every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on June 5, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
