# British Museum Audio vs devmio

British Museum Audio and devmio both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of devmio's written reviews are positive against 15% of British Museum Audio's. British Museum Audio's advantage is ratings volume (1.8K vs 28) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. British Museum Audio sells 18 one-off in-app purchases and devmio sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for British Museum Audio against 4.7 for devmio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: British Museum Audio has 1.8K ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 15% of British Museum Audio's written reviews are positive against 100% of devmio's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
