# Sounds True vs Sitill

The clearest difference is rating: Sitill at 5.0 against Sounds True's 4.6. Sitill also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). Sounds True's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sounds True sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Sitill sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sitill holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sounds True has 1.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Sounds True ships an update every 2 months, Sitill every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
