# Crypto Magnet vs Wild Fish Explorer

The clearest difference is rating: Crypto Magnet at 4.0 against Wild Fish Explorer's 3.0. Crypto Magnet also leads on ratings volume (2K vs 8) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Wild Fish Explorer's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 13%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crypto Magnet sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Wild Fish Explorer sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Crypto Magnet holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crypto Magnet has 2K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Crypto Magnet's written reviews are positive against 33% of Wild Fish Explorer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Crypto Magnet ships an update monthly, Wild Fish Explorer every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
